Our Firm

Based in Westerly, Rhode Island, Naccarato & Fracassa is a full-service law firm concentrating in civil litigation, real estate, zoning and planning. Vincent J. Naccarato and Kelly M. Fracassa, the firm's two partners, have combined experience of nearly sixty years representing clients in a variety of matters before municipal boards, state administrative agencies, town councils, and the district and superior courts in all counties of the State of Rhode Island. We represent both plaintiffs and defendants, and have represented clients in well over forty cases before the Rhode Island Supreme Court, a notable achievement for a small-town law firm. We have also represented municipal bodies, including zoning boards, town councils, and school committees.

Kelly M. Fracassa, Esq., is a partner of the firm and concentrates in civil litigation, including personal injury, real estate, contract, and construction disputes, and municipal law issues. He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and Rhode Island Association for Justice, for which he has authored several amicus briefs submitted to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He also authored two articles published by the Rhode Island Bar Journal, including "Constitutional Prospects for Same-Sex Marriage in Rhode Island", which won the Bar Journal's first place writing award in 2000. Mr. Fracassa earned a B.S. degree from Tulane University, a master in business from Penn State University, and J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.

Vincent J. Naccarato, Esq., is a partner of the firm and a graduate of Boston College and Boston University School of Law. Mr. Naccarato was former counsel to the Rhode Island Department of Employment Security and Solicitor of the Town of Westerly. His practice concentrates in land use, which includes zoning and planning, real estate conveyancing, administrative law, and civil litigation.
